On September 26, 2019, "Kuaike Cup" national electronic manufacturing industry welding expert selection competition was held in Shenzhen.This competition has 50 contestants from nearly 25 electronic manufacturing enterprises in various regions and industries. In this competition, our company sent four welding experts to participate in the competition on behalf of the company. Zhan Haiming successfully completed the competition by virtue of his skillful welding skills, rework skills, steady psychological quality and basic welding knowledge, and won the second place in the 2019 "Kuaike Cup" national welding expert Guangdong competition Good results.

On October 30, 2019, Zhan Haiming went to Shanghai on behalf of the company to participate in the "2019 Kuaike cup national welding expert finals of electronic manufacturing industry". In this finals, manual welding repair is the main task. The competitors are required to complete their welding works in strict accordance with the welding repair and anti-static standards within 90 minutes.

The whole final process tested the contestants' on-the-spot stable play and comprehensive ability: basic knowledge of welding, welding requirements of chip, dip and tht components, wire processing and welding requirements, QFN renovation ability, etc. In the end, our competitor Zhan Haiming won the fourth prize in the national finals.
